At FLEXIRENT CARS ENTERPRISE, we strive to provide excellent car rental services to all our customers. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding cancellations and refunds.
Cancellation within 30 days of the rental period:
Customers who cancel their booking at least 30 days prior to the start of the rental period will be eligible for a full refund of the rental charges.
Cancellation less than 30 days before the rental period:
Bookings canceled less than 30 days before the rental period begins are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon by FLEXIRENT CARS ENTERPRISE under exceptional circumstances.
If the hirer chooses to terminate the rental agreement before the agreed rental period ends, the hirer will not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the charges.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of FLEXIRENT CARS ENTERPRISE.
